stadlerelle What is the measurement from the back neck to waist? Does this sit at the waist or is isn't short waisted? Thank you.

masalamoon @stadlerelle @stadlerelle Thanks for your interest in this beautiful dress! The neck to waist measurement is approx 16.5”. To me it looks to be short waisted. I believe the top will blouse over the waist band once it’s on. But if you added a belt I bet it would lengthen a bit and stay out closer to the waistline. Hope that helps:)
