Simply Southern sequined Jack-o-Lantern tunic dress

Orange, black, and yellow plaid ruffled sleeves and bottom. Depending on how tall your girl is this can be a dress or a tunic. Looks good with leggings, tights, and skinny jeans, boots or dress shoes. I have two because I have Irish twins!
