starbucksgirl1 Hi! I just wanted to let you know the duvet via posh says delivered but I actually haven’t received it. I know there are delays due to weather but it’s just odd it says it was delivered. That’s the only reason I didn’t accept. Didn’t want you think I didn’t care and would keep you waiting. I hope it arrives. I have had packages come a couple days later after it says delivered so I’m holding out hope that’s what’s going on and that it wasn’t lost. 🙏💜

I think I was sent the wrong duvet by accident, but I’m also partly to blame for the confusion! I ordered 2 twin duvet covers near the same time. Same brand different patterns. So when I received yours I thought it was my other purchase, rated them, and kept waiting for yours (the aqua rose) I just got the other order today in the same pattern you sent me.

starbucksgirl1 Sorry it’s super confusing! So yours did come right on time, but since it was in the pattern of my other order I thought yours never arrived. It’s light blue and has pink flowers and reverses to white floral pattern. Not sure it’s name. It just wasn’t the aqua rose one I had ordered from you so I was confused! Does this make sense or have I lost it?! 😜

noonelikespam @starbucksgirl1 hey, if you are up and available, my ph is 469 nine five one 3152. I want to get it figured out and do the right thing ASAP. If you haven’t accepted it yet a d can return it through posh, do it and I will look for the correct one ( if you still want it), but you get immediate refund. If you have already accepted it, I will get you a refund and figure out getting you a return label. I may see if Poshmark can help me get one easily

starbucksgirl1 @noonelikespam You’re so kind! I feel bad troubling you over a duvet pattern! 😕 It’s for sure light blue with pink roses on one side and white and pink flowers on the other side. I received 2 in the same pattern. I ordered 1 in lily rose pattern from another seller, and 1 aqua rose from you a day apart. 1 matches it’s order number. That’s the one received today.

starbucksgirl1 The day yours came and posh listed as ‘delivered’ it was the lily rose pattern so I didn’t realize there was a mistake until I didn’t receive the aqua blue and received her lily rose today. She obviously sent hers very late. Again, I’m so sorry for all the confusion. unfortunately the 72 hour period has ended and there’s nothing Posh can do from my end I guess. If there’s nothing that can be done it’s truly ok! I don’t want you to worry or stress! You matter more than this thing! 💜

noonelikespam @starbucksgirl1 you should never never feel bad about expecting to receive the item you paid a lot of money for. I am the one that feels bad. The mistake was obviously mine. I am just hoping I have the correct one to send. The refund is the easy part, but I really don’t want you to be disappointed or missing the correct one.
