azoreschic Hi can you tell me if this is a stretchy fabric? And can you provide bust/waist measurements?

vivasinski @azoreschic Sorry for the late reply. Out at work all day. Laid flat, the measurement across the bust is 27" armpit to armpit tapering to about 25" at the waist. There is no stretch to the fabric. Let me know if you have any other questions.
