Simple Colorful Lightweight Summer Dress With Full Skirt Size Medium NWOT

This dress is being re-poshed since it unfortunately didn’t fit. It is so soft and very lightweight. It is new without tags. It has the flattering V neck, fluttery butterfly sleeves and a full skirt that has elastic in the back waistline. It measures 19” PTP, 15.5 from the shoulder to the waist, approximately 15” from waist seam to waist seam with elastic in back, and 20” from the waist to the hemline.
