Simple Black Silk Tank with Subtle Flutter Detail on Arm - XS/S

No brand. I thought I'd be able to decode it but I could not. It is from the holiday season of 2009. 100% silk. Hand washable which leads me to believe it is of better quality. No size tag but it is a little over 17" pit to pit.
