this Sim and Sam size medium strapless dress has a ruffle detail over smocked detail top, with flowy skirt with a cotton lining, tropical flower print ****it is missing straps but has this place to hold them,see the last picture. smocked portion of top is about 9 1/2 in, dress total is about 49 and a half inches long. pb1260d2
