Silver wire and bead dangle earrings with posts

A friend of mine made these and I've been selling them to support our local dog park! She said that these are silver but I don't know the purity of them, I'm assuming they're sterling silver. They can tarnish so expect to polish them once in a while. Then they really gleam! I believe the blue bicone beads are Swarovski, but again I'm not certain. Almost 1.5" in length.
