Silver tuareg ring

Beautiful ring for someone of any gender, with etched tuareg design. Unmarked, but tested positive for silver. The ring looks like it was resized at some point, as back is a little uneven. I don’t know the age or history of the ring and whether it was made in Africa, the Middle East, or elsewhere.
