Silver sparkly short dress

Perfect for homecoming or if attending a wedding. There's little metallic silver pieces attached to the material that gives it a sparkle but since it isn't loose glitter you WON'T make everyone else around you sparkly. The bottom layer has a wavy texture to it. The straps aren't adjustable.
