Silver shamrock shaped ring

Beautiful and glittery clover shaped ring with mystic topaz heart shaped stones, small clear cz center stone. Detail on band meant to look like additional stones, but there are no stones in it. Not stamped inside the band; but not tested so I am not sure if sterling or silver toned.
