Silver ring with crystals (maybe Silpada)

Inset with little crystals. Inside says 925 TG. Missing a couple crystals, about 3 (super small so hard to tell how many and also not very visible), see last picture. This was listed as Silpada when I bought it (reposting), but the last buyer said no.
