Believed to be; E.P.C.A. (electroplated copper alloy) Silver Plate Poole Silver Company 251. Poole Silver Company opened in 1895 in Taunton, Massachusetts. Originally working with electro-silver plated and later in the 19th century sterling. The company closed in 1971. Used in good condition. See photos for condition details.
