Silver plate sugar scuttle

This vintage silver plate sugar scuttle, in my family since the 1960s, harkens back to the Victorian era when used to serve sugar cubes. The scuttle has floral engraving and is stamped “EP BM” (electroplated Britannia metal) and “Made in England.” In today’s world, it can be used on a dining or breakfast table to hold sugar substitute packets, on a desk to store paper clips or keys, or on a dresser to stash jewelry. This is the scuttle only, no scoop. Dimensions: 3.25” L x 2” W x 2.5” H (3” to top handle).
