Silver iridescent/holographic vinyl leather look circle skirt new with tags

This is a new with tags holographic vinyl circle skirt. It has a fitted waist with zipper closure and flared hips. Super cute! Very late 90’s early Y2K. It is unlined and has a raw edge hem. The holographic sheen looks different in different lighting. The first picture is taken in sunlight, the second was indoor. Tagged a medium measures a 26” waist, which I consider small. Very American Apparel like. Similar ones on Etsy selling for $63!!! Waist: 13” flat Hips: up to 23” Length: 17” Flaw: the seam under the zipper has started to come undone it is an easy fix if you are handy with a needle and thread. Seen in picture. The zipper still zips up and down. Sold as is.
