Silver flower ring 6.5 spoon ring ? Ornate handmade artisan vintage

This is a beautiful ring! it's heavy chunky and looks to be sterling silver, I'm not sure about that but has the look and feel, it's vintage and from and estate find. It has a beautiful engraving of flowers, I think this is a spoon ring. I love those! The size is 6.5. Great condition needs polished up unless you like the patina. It's signed on the inside it says something then yours. I can't make out what is before yours. Then it has a designer stamp I have taken a photo of.
