Silver filigree, turquoise / larimar and enamel ring

condition is pre-owned no issues, but ring is slightly tarnished the ring is stamped .925 silver the stone is real -- but I'm unsure if it's turquoise or larimar. please note the dark portion of the lower left corner of the stone. this is a variation in the stone, and it was cut to minimize the appearance the setting. to the best of my knowledge, this is not a chip. there are no cracks in the stone, or missing parts, nor is it loose in the setting. I have several other turquoise rings, and see this frequently. this kind of variation is common in turquoise rings. this is also why I am fairly certain the stone is real turquoise. approximately 6.5 please see all photos and ask any questions before purchasing.
