Silver cross pendant necklace Colored Gemstones

This silver tone cross pendant (I don’t believe it’s sterling) is accented with clear and colored stones. My presidium tester reads garnet for the red stone. The blue and green stone are registering as gemstones and not glass, but I’m not positive what the stones are. Pendant measures almost 1.5” including the bail. Pendant hangs from an 18” silver tone chain with spring clasp.
