Silver crinkle top/jacket

Dark silver/ pewter button down crinkle top, or is it a light jacket? I think it could be both! This gorgeous piece features long sleeves,large collar, ruching along the back shoulder seam, and down the front. Like new condition, no flaws. Shown paired with a silk skirt also in my closet. Non smoking, dog loving home.
