Silver colored pendant brooch with holes like Swiss cheese. Cool & abstract EUC

I can’t find a stamp so I won’t say it’s silver. But it was in my Moms jewelry and super tarnished and it polished up just like silver, so IDK. In any case it’s very unusual. Vintage and unique. 2” long and 1” long
