Silver chain with dewdrop pendants

Silver chain necklace with two sparkly dewdrop pendants joined by a sparkly (possibly with diamonds?) clasp. I received it as a gift and haven’t worn it. Unsure what the actual metal is but it’s silver colored and I assume it’s actual silver.
