Silver and gold pin

I bought this handmade, one of a kind pin about 25 years ago at the Santa Monica juried craft show. I dont remember the name if the artist. It is made of silver with gold gilt. The sikver has some small, barely noticeable dark spots of tarnish on it but it is otherwise in very good condition as I barely wore it. See close up in 2nd photo. It measures 2 and 3/4 inches long and a tad over 1 inch high. I paid $150 for it to the best of my recollection, possibly more.
