turquoisetart @lauriezshop yes, this is a nickel silver button with a copper loop that would come into contact with your skin along with the metal alloy rivet in the back. With my bracelets, I can glue leather over the metal bits to protect sensitive skin, but I wouldn't be able to do that with this little ring.
