Silver Velvet Party Dress

Perfect for the holidays! This is a scoop-neck flare dress with 3/4 sleeves in a beautiful stretchy silver velvet. Purchased in France and it is marked “TU” for “one size fits all” but I would not suggest it for anyone above a C-cup, so I am classifying it as a Medium.
