Silver Sparkly Woman's Open Toe Platform Heels EU sz 40

A very cute and stylish pre-owned pair of Silver Sparkly Woman's open toe platform heels. Heels are a size 40 and from the chart I found online should be a US 9 (see picture) I could not identify the brand has an image of a flower on the I side and I could not get a clear picture. I did observe a couple of black scuffarks on the back of o e heel see pictures for details. No orginal box for these heels. These heels are very SPARKLY.
