This dress is new with tags and no flaws that I can see. It’s on the smaller side—I typically wear a 6 but I couldn’t zip it all the way up. Then again, I have a larger chest, so I’m sure it would fit true to size for someone with a smaller chest. The sweetheart neckline is very flattering and I love the way the skirt kind of flounces when you walk. Super bummed it didn’t fit but it’s ready to find its perfect home!
