Silver Ring with Small Diamonds - very small, 5.5 size

I don’t know much about this ring but it was purchased from the Beverly Hills Jewelers around 2004 or 2005 and was likely several hundred dollars purchase price. They are real diamonds set in the ring, but I don’t know what material the ring is. An ex gave it to me so I hate it. Lol! It is a women’s ring. Size is quite small - I have tiny hands. I believe it’s a size 5-1/2 and you can see from the measurement, the inside of the ring is just over half and inch across. Discounted shipping & bundling.
