Silver Ring Made from a Vintage Spoon.

I’m not sure if it is sterling silver. It is stamped, but it’s not clear what it says. There appears to be an engraved R on one side, but it is well worn and hard to read. Slightly adjustable. Comes from a home with cats. I will accept all reasonable offers.
