Silver Party Skirt

This pleated elastic waist skirt is so fun for the holidays. The skirt is mid-length and a-symmetrical, and the elastic band has cute gold detailing. The size is ~10 but the skirt definitely runs small. I'm not sure how to say the brand (see picture of label) but it's high end and from Nordstroms
