Silver Navajo blue turquoise / or lapis ring

Oval blue stone. Double band. Just freshened up with quick Tarnex polish but there remains a couple small marks in silver part ( see close up). Like the others, all bought under glass case at high end casino. I’ve been told by others this is lapis.
