Silver Mermaid Birth of Venus Necklace

I'll admit, this necklace took me a moment to see, but when I realized it was a mermaid, I immediately thought of the painting The Birth Of Venus with her flowing hair!! I love it! Unfortunately for me, silver is not my colour. So, I'm listing it! It's vintage, from at least the 80s! Great condition! I'm unsure of the metal composition, but it is silver in colour, possibly pewter. The mermaid pendant measures approximately 1" (2.5cm) in length, and is on a chain that measures 20" (51cm) around the neck. I am unsure if this is the original chain that goes with the necklace. I securely added a new jump-ring to attach it to this chain, but if you'd rather have a different chain, it's easy to swap out now! (The original jump ring was tightly connected to the pendant. This is shown in the last photo.) I have one dog in my smoke-free household. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions!
