madilyn_lucy @suehealylae hi there! I guess I'm not too sure...the Silver website says that the Avery style is a high-rise, so to to be on the safe side, I'd say that they're high rise. Although, I remember them being closer to a mid rise (in between mid and high), but it's also been a few years since I've worn them, so I could be misremembering too. I hope this helps!
