Silver Hoop Earrings with Center Rhinestones. New without tags.

I received these hoop earrings as a gift. I have never worn them because they are a bit too large for me. Silver color hoops with a twist pattern for added interest. In the center of the hoop is a band of sparkly rhinestones/crystals. Approximate measurements are- 2 inches in length and 1.5 inches in width. Would dress up any outfit. Beautifully made.
