Silver Ankh with male symbol in one very unique pendant. Researching this was difficult, but it,and the smaller male symbol also posted, come from Spain they were handmade. This piece is 2.5" x 1" . There are no markings, but it has been tested, and it is silver. Very unique pendant and a conversation piece
