Silver 25 anniversary porcelain plate/bell

Vintage Silver 25 Anniversary set with porcelain plate and chatillon bell. Both made by Norcrest. Plate measures 7-3/4” round with silver pattern on rim, filigree 25 in center. Chatillon bell with 25 anniversary on one side and beautiful flower on other, rimmed in silver pattern with silver on handle tip. Measures 3” bell and 5” tall. Both from my parents anniversary. Downsizing and no longer need. Minor wear on plate back. Pet free, smoke free home. Reasonable offers accepted.
