Silver 2 inch ankle strap heels

Brand New silver heels/dress shoes, originally purchased for my niece to wear to homecoming but the toe part was too narrow for her wide foot. Size 9, fits true but as mentioned better for narrow feet. Heel is 2 inches and the ankle strap is actually a weird clasp/hook as shown in the pictures. Never worn.
