Silva Diva Columbian pants

hi there this is a pair of skinny leg Columbian jeans tag says 11 in Columbia but the waist is 14 inch! so 31USA! and low rise there not thick material and they are not molten..!. there brand new .. one of tags looks cut but that's how I got em .. they're too skinny legs for me.. 31 inch long! the waist looks huge in the picture but it's not lol
