nicolaslily @jn8hodges Hello...I would say yes, it is on the smaller side. I wear a medium in the same bracelet and my wrist is about 7 inches maybe a little more. I have arthritis in my thumb though, which makes it harder to get a smaller bracelet on. It is a thinner bracelet which will make it easier to get on if your concerned it will be too small. I hope that helps. If I can do anything else that would be helpful, let me know. I love mine and wear it almost daily!
