Silky white/navy crop too w/sheer shoulders NWT

A dark navy blue - fit for someone petite - a or bc up size will be most comfy - tailored, not stretchy- zipper accent on the back - can wear as a shell under a cardigan or just on it's own! Really cute just won't fit me :-( tag says medium and it is loose fitting but i recommend only ladies 00-4 should consider
