Silky polka-dot strappy dress

I bought this dress 10 years ago at a specialty shop in Pasadena (it's practically vintage at this point!) It is nearly impossible to wear a bra with it and it was always a bit big for me up top, (I'm a 32C) so I only wore it once. It is soft, silky and sexy while still retaining an air of innocence. In tip top condition!
