Silky black and white polka dot shirt

This is such a cute black blouse with white polka dots, 50's style! I bought it but sadly they run small. It has button front closure cuffed arms and a left breast pocket, it was supposed to be a large, but I would say it runs more like a small-medium. This shirt is brand new never worn without tags.
