Silky Vintage Blouse

Vintage David Matthew blouse feels like silk but is poly. Slightly puffed sleeves at shoulders, flattering darts. One pocket, covered buttons. I wish I could capture the color correctly. It’s a deep beautiful peacock/jade green. Not teal or turquoise. See measurements
