Silky Flowing Blouse

This Flowing blouse has a layer of fine cotton material underneath the beautiful outside cape. It’s a special piece to add to wardrobe. It’s hard to get an exact pit to pit measurement. I used the t top underneath and it was 15 inches across and 21 inches top down. The sides are longer and flowing it has pink and brown roses on a white background
