Cap or short sleeve, flare hem dress in like new condition in for sz 2-4. Dark, royal or navy blue w/ a silky sheen in a whimsical print that includes kittens, unicorns, and rabbits frolicking among a polka dot background. Pleats throughout bottom, which puffs out & hits mi-thigh to give a skater dress kind of silhouette. Wider sashes tie at the back for a cute bow. Zips up the back. Originally bought in SoCal boutique.
