Thrifted. Black with a coppery brown octopusesque pattern with a soft light colored swirl pattern throughout. The tag says 87% acetate, 13% nylon. The brand is, “PANTHER”. I’m not sure if it is an 18, that’s a guesstimate. Please see measurements below.
