Super comfy and silky on skin. Pom Pom like detail but trim does not actually have balls hanging off (see photo) 100% polyester Length varies across leg - on side" 11.2" and towards center it gets longer to 13.5" Elastic waistband but laying flat measures 14" Thigh: 12" Inseam: 3" Perfect condition.
