Was used for about 8 treatments and all the hair is gone! I no longer need it for that reason - Comes in original packaging including users manual, storage case and plug adapters - I've attached the package slip to show that I purchased it from their official website. - I payed the original price which with shipping and tax , came up to almost $500 dollars.
