Silk shift dress size 4

INC 100% silk shift dress with belt. Can be worn with or without the belt. Approximately 2006. Great black and white style. 36" from shoulder.chest about 35". Size 4. See pic for sleeve wrinkle. This appears to just be a wrinkle and I'm sure it would come out with the steamer.
