Silk multi colored paneled knee length skirt

This unique vintage skirt made of silk panels ending in a tulip hemline. Wide band across top, an elastic waistband has new elastic, left open to be sized to fit. 19” across waistline. (not measured around, it is difficult to get accurate) Gypsy, hippie vibe. Disclosure: see photo. A couple of stains on one panel that are concealed in folds of skirt when worn. May be able to get one out, the other looks permanent spot. No brand, I believe it was handmade or it may have come from India.
