Silk leopard print skirt with ruffle hem- midi length on petites

100% silk leopard print skirt. High waist measuring 13.5” laid flat and 24” length. Midi length on petites, or knee length on average height. Tag shows size 8 but fits like a small. Beige and midnight blue (almost black) No brand tag, as I bought this at a second hand store. Versatile style, looks awesome dressed down with cropped T-shirt and sneakers or chic with knee high boots and oversized cashmere sweater.
